Based on the provided RFP: We would build you a custom, to your brand and needs, website that can easily have features added to it in the future (like a translation selector). The system would be built with the CMS, or content management system, WordPress. A CMS is a User-friendly back end for editing the site and managing content. The site framework will be set up and a variety of page structures will be created to fulfill the need for future and existing pages.

The website would include the following:

Base website system

We will begin with the layout and design of the Home Page. Once the homepage has been approved, we will present the interior pages the same way. These layouts will be presented as static images from Photoshop for approval. Only once they have been approved will we begin programming the site. The website will be developed to be responsive to smaller screens, tablets, and smartphones (mobile-friendly). It will also be programmed in an SEO-friendly manner – ensuring the best practices for good Google search results.

We also install Google Analytics and Google Webmaster tools onto the website. Google Analytics and Google Webmaster tools will give you the ability to track a ton of different aspects of your website’s traffic and metrics including things like where a user came from, how many visitors are going to what areas, and more. They are both very powerful tools that give you more than enough information to see how your website is doing and where to go with your future online marketing.

We will make sure that the transition from the old site to the new site is done properly to ensure you don’t lose any current SEO. It’s vital that when a transition like this takes place, it is done following Google guidelines and making sure to notify all of the big search engines of the changes both through their systems as well as in proper redirects in the code. This is something we automatically do through the transition and is included in the price below.

Store / eCommerce

The website will have a store where both physical and digital products can be listed and sold. Each product will have its own product page and the ability to add variations to these products.

The shopping cart itself offers a multitude of things:

  • A Payment gateway that automatically accepts payments from PayPal Standard Gateway – Accept credit cards and PayPal payments, Square, Authorize.net, PayPal, eWay, SagePay, Braintree, PayLeap, and more. The system also offers BACS, Cheque, and Cash on Delivery – Simple offline gateways. Some of these gateways may require the purchasing of a 3rd party plugin at an additional cost. The installation of the 1 processing plugin would be included in this price. We do not provide credit card processing services.
  • A wide variety of shipping options from all major shipping providers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Specific shipping services may require an additional plugin to integrate into its system, price TBD based on a carrier.
  • The shopping cart system has an extensive coupon system to provide your customers with deals in discounts for marketing purposes,
  • CSV downloader and uploader
  • User/Account system for customers to track their past orders and reorder past products
  • A user-friendly order, product, and stock tracking and management system.

This shopping cart includes the uploading of 10 products by our team. Additional products can be added by our team at the additional cost to be quoted separately. You’ll be able to add more products yourself to the site once the website has been completed.

Events Manager

We will be adding a simple and easy-to-use event management system that will work in conjunction with the above shopping cart system. The system will allow you to manage Events, Conferences, and Sell Tickets right in the same processing and account system. 

The events manager includes the following:

  • Calendar System: a user-friendly system for both your team and your clients can search and find events,
  • Ticketing system for events: Let’s you easily sell tickets for an event, send emails or receive notifications for all attendees and track them, view all attendees easily, and manage them. Clients can also view their events and past events,
  • Invoice system: Easily print or download event-related invoices,
  • Zoom Integration: You can easily integrate your Zoom account into the event to easily create digital events,
  • Recurring Events: Easily set up recurring events.

ADA Compliance

The website would be built ADA-compliant as well as include additional accessibility features that will increase the accessibility of your site for people with Epilepsy, Visual Impaired, Cognitive Disability, ADHC, and also partially or completely blind. The design and development of this website platform would normally be a one-time charge of $5,200 but are willing to donate $500 of the estimate, making the final price of the estimate $4,700.

This estimate is to be paid in thirds; 1/3 deposit, 1/3 upon your approval of the design of the site, and 1/3 upon delivery. 

This above price does not include hosting but we would also be willing to donate free hosting for a year and include an SSL Certificate. Hosting is normally $25/m plus $199.99 a year for a managed SSL certificate. Just under a combined $1000 in value.

The system does not include an SSL Certificate. An SSL Certificate, a security requirement in order to accept credit cards on your website, would need to be purchased through your host. We do offer SSLs and website hosting to our clients, as outlined below.

This price does not include hosting or maintenance. Both are outlined below.

The turnaround time for a project of this nature is 4 to 5 weeks typically, with Edited Final Copy-text and quick approvals from you, the Client.

Stock Photography / Stock Video

Stock Photography or stock video is additional. It may be necessary for us to purchase Royalty Free-Copyright Free Stock Photography unless you have images available for us. Copyright Free Images and LifeStyle Shots can be purchased on your behalf, to be billed at the rate of approximately $40 to $50 per shot, depending on the shot. We will always get your approval of a stock image or video before purchasing anything on your behalf. We want to ensure you have the rights to the photos used.

Note multiple images may be used. No shots will be purchased on your behalf until approved by you.

Copy/Text Writing

Copy or text writing is not included with the above proposal.  This service is something we can assist you with to be quoted separately depending on your needs.

Education and Documentation

The website above includes training booked in advance from our Studio Via Zoom. This is an Education from What’s Cimetta-U. We will review with you and show you how to edit the site, update it, and more. We will spend some time discussing some of the things that you can do to keep optimizing your website and growing it. We earmark an hour and a half for this. Just give us a date.

If you would like more training time in the future, please advise what particular thing about your website or marketing in general, you would like to review and we can schedule another training session at a later date, price TBD.

Standard Hosting Services

While we don’t require a client to host with us, we do offer comprehensive hosting services that include:

  • Daily/Weekly/Monthly backups,
  • 24/hr customer support,
  • Expansive Disk space to grow with your site’s expanding website traffic,
  • Email hosting, setup, and 10 branded company email addresses (yourname@yourwebsite.com),
  • and more…

Our hosting is a one-time $35 setup fee and $25 a month after that. This does not include content updates or adding things to your website but we do offer services like this outlined below in our various maintenance packages.

Web Browser Support

Unless otherwise specified by the client, we will be optimizing websites for browsers later than Internet Explorer 7 and Mozilla Firefox.
However, we would be more than happy to accommodate clients who require support for legacy browsers.

Third-Party Applications

Support for any third-party applications, plug-ins, or add-ons requested by the Client will be billed at our hourly rate. Due to the nature of the work and the unpredictability of other developers’ work, we cannot provide quotes or time estimates for technical troubleshooting, integration, formatting, refactoring, or debugging.

Project Terms and Conditions

The agreed-upon contract fee for the creation, design, administering, or maintenance of the Buyer’s product or service precludes Cimetta Design, Inc. from further obligation to the project upon the advent of newer technology. Cimetta Design, Inc. ensures project completion as agreed upon within this contract. Cimetta Design, Inc. is not responsible for future technological innovations. Should the Buyer require further maintenance upon their product or service at a later point in time, the Seller and Buyer shall commit to a new contract.

Revision Policy

Any errors made by Cimetta Design will be corrected at no charge to the Client. Any and all changes/ modifications made after initial information (Copy/Text and Images) is provided will incur additional charges at a rate of $150 per hour to be billed in 15-minute increments.

Agreement

Cimetta Design agrees to provide the graphic design services to the client (“client”) at a rate of $150.00/hr.

The estimate (“Estimate”) of each job will be provided upon request.

Copyrighting is not included in this estimate and Cimetta Design Inc. (“Designer”) is not responsible for copyrighting any work it performs on behalf of Client.

We reserve the right to display all aspects of our creative work, including sketches, work-in-progress designs, and the completed project on our portfolio and in articles on websites, magazine articles, and in books once the work is published.

Text, photographs, and images should be supplied on disk or other electronic media in the appropriate format to prevent additional charges for typing or scanning. The client agrees that it shall not hold the Designer or its agents or employees liable for failure to perform any aspect of the Job due to the lack of text, photographs, and images provided by the Client.

Unless agreed by Client and Designer, Client shall provide all photographs utilized by Designer and warrants that he/she has permission to use all photographs provided and shall hold Designer harmless for any copyright or other violation which arises from the use of photographs supplied by Client.

Client is responsible for proofreading and approving all work. The designer will make a reasonable attempt to prevent typographical, grammatical, and other errors, however, the responsibility for proofreading the work is solely the Client’s responsibility, and the Designer is not responsible, whatsoever, for damages sustained by any typographical or grammatical errors.

Designer agrees to archive all graphic material prepared for its Clients but is not responsible for the corruption or loss of files after the Job is complete. Retrieval of documents at a later date will incur additional charges.

Cancellation Policy- In the event of cancellation of work by the Client, ownership of all copyrights and the original artwork shall be retained by the Designer, and a cancellation fee for work completed, based on the contract price $150.00 per hour to be billed in 15-minute increments. All deposits are non-refundable.

Web Hosting Policy- We host websites on a month-to-month basis. Web sites are either paid in advance or billed monthly. Due to security reasons, we must have a notice in writing 30 days prior to cancellation, by the owner of the URL, before our hosting agreement can be canceled.

Any electronic file transfers that Cimetta Design makes as a result of the changes or at the request of the Client that is out of the scope of the project are to be determined and may incur additional costs.

All payments shall be made to Cimetta Design, Inc., and sent to the Designers studio listed above in Broward County Florida.

The client agrees that it shall not hold the Designer or its agents or employees liable for any incidental or consequential damages that arise from the Designer’s failure to perform any aspect of the Job in a timely manner, regardless of whether such failure was caused by negligent acts or omissions of the Designer or a third party.

This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties hereto and supersedes all prior agreements and writings. This agreement shall only be amended in writing by all parties

This Agreement shall become a legally binding agreement when the Client sends a reply and shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and jurisdiction and venue for any lawsuit brought pursuant to this Agreement shall be filed in Broward County.

This estimate is only good for 30 days from the date on the agreement.

If any action at law or in equity, including an action for declaratory relief, is brought to enforce or interpret the provisions of this Agreement, the prevailing party will be entitled to reasonable attorneys’ fees in addition to any other relief to which that party may be entitled.
